4. Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals under the California Online Protection Act (CalOPPA)
Lexria takes privacy and security very seriously and strives to put our members first in all aspects of our business. With regard to Do Not Track (DNT), Lexria currently does not respond to DNT signals in browsers. We decline to support DNT requests because no DNT standard has been adopted.
Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. Usually this option maybe enabled or disabled by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

Lexria, Inc. may process your Personal Data because:
- We need to perform a contract with you

7. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
