LEXRIA PRICING POLICY

This SaaS Services Order Form is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the then current Lexria SaaS Services Agreement. Customer agrees that Customer shall provide Company with a credit card number for payment of the Services Fees.

Services: Client intake support, including the collection of documentation necessary to file bankruptcy (the “Service(s)”).

Services Fees: $62 per client referred by Customer, payable upon completion of Company’s entire intake process, subject to the terms of Section 4 in the Agreement.

Implementation Services: Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer the services described above, and Customer shall pay Company the Implementation Fee in accordance with the terms herein.

Implementation Fee (one-time): $0 (waived)
